Cancellations/Rescheduling Policy:

All services are by appointment only, and appointments are held in the schedule upon payment of deposit. Forty percent deposit is required to secure your appointment, and all deposits are non-refundable.

Client will lose deposit if appointment is rescheduled less than 24 hours from session time.

Client lateness to appointment could result in late fees no less than $15, appointment cancellation after 20 minutes, and/or rescheduling to another day/time with a rescheduling fee of $10.

Return/Refund Policy:

All sales are final. No returns. No refunds. All orders are carefully checked and packaged before shipping. If an item is damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team at info@rosegoldexp.com within 2 days of receiving items.
